“I absolutely LOVE this lifestyle. I am sleeping better, have more energy and am learning how to fuel my body with the macro and micronutrients it needs! Loren has been an amazing mentor and coach and has taught me so much about living the FWTFL lifestyle that is sustainable for my everyday life. I have lost 20.5 total inches in 7 weeks and my clothes are fitting better than they have in months. These results include a week long vacation and a bout with the flu.
